  • What is Steadfast Agency?

    We are a canvassing-based parent company that launches and grows small service businesses — starting with mortgage protection insurance, HVAC, detailing, and cleaning. We train reps to master door-to-door and develop into leaders.

  • What do canvassers do?

    Our canvassers go door-to-door in assigned areas and set appointments for our licensed or service professionals. They don’t need to sell — just to spark trust and book.

  • How do I get paid?

    Reps earn commission per booked appointment and recurring bonuses based on long-term sales closed (depending on the industry). High performers can earn overrides, manage a team, or transition into one of our service companies.

  • Do I need experience?

    No. We train all reps from scratch — as long as you’re coachable, consistent, and growth-minded, we’ll help you succeed.

  • Is this a sales job?

    It’s a people and performance job. You’re not selling a product — you’re selling trust, conversations, and confidence. We take care of the backend.

  • What services does Steadfast Agency offer?

    We currently operate four service businesses under our umbrella:

    Residential/Commercial Cleaning

    Each service brand operates under its own name but shares our canvassing and leadership model.

  • Do your canvassers work for all your services?

    Our reps are trained under Steadfast Agency and deployed based on the specific service they’re trained for. Each DBA (service company) uses reps matched to its customer type.

  • Can I hire Steadfast Agency to canvass for my company?

    We’re currently focused on growing our own businesses, but stay tuned — we may offer this in the future under select partnerships
